Development Review/Capital Projects for the City of Lompoc (Lompoc, CA) – Bethel Engineering serves as a Development Review consultant to the City of Lompoc Engineering Department. These services include review of conceptual plans and tentative maps, writing Conditions of Approval and coordinating with other departments, construction drawing review, and encroachment permit issuance. We also assist with the design of small capital projects and assist in the bid process.
