This 120+ acre development along Santa Maria’s Highway 101 corridor is an important milestone for the city. It reflects an expansion of the commercial vitality of the valley as well as providing necessary infrastructure upgrades. This cooperative project between the City of Santa Maria and NKT Commercial is currently under construction. The project completely realigned and reconstructed major arterial roads and installed the necessary infrastructure. Bethel Engineering is providing services for the master developer (NKT) as well as individual projects, such as a City park designed around the Historic Enos Home, Bradly West (Buffalo Wild Wings, Petco, Kirkland, Ulta Beauty, Home Goods, Old Navy, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Urbane Café, Xfinity), Bradley East (Cracker Barrel, Habit Burger, CoastHills Credit Union) and proposed a number of new Auto Dealerships.
