District Engineer for Los Alamos Community Services District (LACSD) (Los Alamos, CA) – Bethel Engineering provides engineering services to the water and sewer district. These services include review of conceptual plans and tentative maps for projects within the service area, writing Conditions of Approval on behalf of the District, construction drawing review, permit approval, and inspection services. We provide Master Planning Studies for Water and Wastewater on behalf of the District. We also provide design services to the district for facility upgrades, including the sewer treatment plant expansion, new water well construction, water system and well reconditioning, and the construction of a 1 million gallon water tank.
