Pismo Beach Medical (Pismo Beach, CA) – This project was a commercial project that involved grading an undeveloped site while avoiding wetlands and addressing the existing flood potential of the site. The project included off-site improvements related to sanitary sewer connections. On-site designs included mass grading, accessibility, storm drainage, water, and sewer. Bethel Engineering provided all civil engineering design, construction supervision, and inspection services.
